Release Forge

I've been doing SourceForge releases for years and it's kind of a pain in the ass and I've always dreaded the two or three hours it takes to get all the pieces in line and do a release.

Steven Armstrong mentioned using ReleaseForge which makes half of that process _so_ much easier to deal with. I highly recommend it to anyone in the same boat I'm in.

The time-waste that using Sourceforge's release system was one reason, why I moved the development of pysqlite off from there. The other was that Sourceforge does not offer Subversion, yet.

Subversion + trac + plain Apache is a lot nicer for me now for developing pysqlite.

And I'll use the same if I will publish other open-source projects.

I feel like the smaller the project, the more overhead Sourceforge's release system and the sometimes cumbersome bugtracker is.
