Hi,
i pulled down a copy of stringbean and have been busy hacking on it, adding a grid system etc... not much work yet but school has kept me busy. my plans are in the style of greycode (circlemud/duris offshoot) which I've abandoned because of its crummy license and brittle nature. I'm not sure if we have the same tastes in muds but would be glad to filter patches or whole versions back to you when i've done something noteworthy. excellent design btw.

I'd also like to chat about representing mobiles as classes and python persistent storage.

thanks for your time and cheers to the python blog. it looks sharp!

Is this Harvard Yard?

No, that's not a picture of Harvard Yard--it's a picture of the quad at Boston College taken from the steps of Lyons hall looking across the way at Devlin.  I think I took it in fall of 1995 sometime around then.  It was raining at the time.  The image is a scan from a negative.  I don't recall doing any digital manipulation to the image after scanning it in.

Hi

I just installed your booklist plug-in on my site. I'm just trying to get the Amazon links to work. I've set the booklist_buy_link, but it does not seem to get picked up. Any ideas?

I've hacked the code a little to get the images from the european Amazon site. I guess that should be a variable too, but no big deal.

Thanks

I just want to do some minor suggestion for Pyblosxom 2.0 dev wiki,
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:ConfirmEdit
install this ConfirmEdit extension, this will make your mediawiki away from spam, at least works for me.

Please keep comments appropriate. I reserve the right to remove anonymous comments, flames, spammy, inappropriate, and other comments that I deem to be worth removing.

Note: New comments get placed in a "draft" status and will NOT show up on the site until I explicitly approve it. Usually that happens within 24 hours, but sometimes I go away and it takes a day or two.

Note 2: There is now a preview button for those of you who want to see a preview! However, it doesn't quite work the way you'd think it should work. I'll look into adjusting it some day.

Note 3: If you can't for some reason post a comment, send me an email: willg at bluesock dot org.
