FIXME - these are non-comprehensive notes of what should be written

Safety

* pictures of youth should not go on the web
  * pictures of youth shouldn't be posted online without permission
    from their guardian
  * drop the resolution so that youth are unidentifyable blobs
  * block youth's faces out in any images
  * make sure other adults and youth who are taking pictures of
    children know the policy (pictures cannot be posted online)
* adults and youth shouldn't be friending each other on social
  networks
* don't post confidential or private information about anyone without
  their consent

* When using social media make sure you're using the latest version for
  the browser you're using.
* When your browser asks you to update, do it as soon as you can.
