Note: This is an old post in a blog with a lot of posts over a long span of time. The world has changed, technologies have changed, and I've changed. It's likely this is out of date, the code doesn't work, the ideas haven't aged well, or the ideas were terrible to begin with. Let me know if you think this is something that needs updating.

I was away last week, so I wasn't on the call and didn't take notes.

Miro 3.1 status (roadmap)

  • osx build box needs to be rebuilt

  • video conversion code needs testing and probably some fixing

Ben:

  • working on allowing the user to specify the encoding in the subtitle file

Janet:

  • worked on MVC testing and Universal Subtitles

  • switching back to Miro testing

Luc:

  • reworked building Miro on OSX so we can do builds from OSX 10.6 that work on other systems (yay!)

  • continuing to work on video conversion stuff

Will:

  • messed up his router like a big idiot, then fixed it

  • spent some time trying to get the osx build box up and running but had problems

  • implemented video conversion bits on Windows
